Created the Urgency Coupons for Mailing Lists PRO plugin for WooCommerce, which allows using webhooks within various email providers to create coupons in WooCommerce. Many marketers love and use this plugin to create time-based scarcity coupons for their mailing list subscribers. I recently created a new website as well in Divi for this plugin, which is what is featured here.
Developed a primarily one-page Divi theme to be sold as a child theme in the Divi theme marketplaces. Features a compelling layout for cafes or coffee shops, featuring review sections for reviews, menu items, products for sale, and info about the restaurant itself.
Designed an entire layout for a website to promote a WordPress plugin, using infographics and product screenshots. Site features a fully-configured WooCommerce e-commerce store with Stripe and PayPal integration.
Created a brand new look and layout for Houston's premiere wedding venue, Moffitt Oaks. The redesign included 11 different pages as well as a new layout for a ton of existing blog posts. Also makes use of 10 different contact forms that get routed to various people using customized coding for Contact Form 7. Additionally these contact forms track the UTM parameters so they can easily track a campaign to a received contact form.
Complete redesign of a wedding dress boutique site located in Thailand. Created a new, mobile-ready design with dynamic features such as image fly-ins, rotating images and link hover effects. Added a live, updating Instagram feed and integrated the Facebook and Twitter feeds for the boutique as well.
Redesigned the RosariaDeNova.com site for the professional photographer, Rosaria DeNova. This functions as a portfolio site for her work as well as a sales funnel for new clients. The various services pages feature customized contact forms that as questions specific to the type of shoot the potential client is interested in. The site was built using a heavily customized Divi child theme along with the Revolution slider to give the site a truly dynamic and live feel.
Redesigned the shopredlotus.com e-commerce store which uses WooCommerce as a backend to provide the buying and selling features. Integrates with PayPal Pro as the payment processor. Also contains integration with a mailing list with various signup spots.
Newly designed site for a Millennial entrepreneur, the Independent Career Chick. Site features a blog as well as info on her general life and business coaching services. Integrated with a MailChimp mailing list with two different popups – one subscribes to the newsletter and the other is linked to a free PDF download to engage visitors to the site.
Created a website for Tier 1 Home Buyers with multiple contact forms and CTA (call to action) areas. Created a members-only section of the site where visitors can register to view home listings. Added realty listings in protected members area.

Set up a new WordPress website for a Vlogging site. Features a Vlog page where the latest videos can be added, along with a home page and about page. Also features lead capture via pop-up window and a section at the bottom of every post and page to try and sign up visitors to the MailChimp newsletter list.
Created and designed from scratch the website for real estate investing firm RealWealthProperties.net. Site is set up with multiple contact forms as well as real estate listings, highlighting the available properties. Site includes custom CSS, JavaScript, and image lightbox features.

Also set up an automated MailChimp newsletter for delivery to site subscribers. Heavily customized the newsletter to have the same aesthetic as the website. Finally, set up an affiliate marketing page with proper links and custom logos for each affiliate.
