Self Service Invoice Processing Automation
The goal of this project is to allow for an efficient and cost-effective way of retrieving and loading invoices for processing and analysis There are a total of 406,974 invoices that have been processed YTD, and 21% of those invoices requires manual intervention during retrieval or loading, and 79% are fully automated (zero touch). If the cost per hour is $20 and it take roughly 5min to load invoices for existing accounts and 10-15min for new accounts, and there are 112,104 invoices a year that require manual effort, then it costs us $186,839.93 for exiting accounts and $560,520.
