Schedule Interview NowMy name is Eric S. and I have over 15 years of experience in the tech industry. I specialize in the following technologies: Ruby on Rails, React, node.js, Elixir, PHP, etc.. I hold a degree in Bachelors, Other. Some of the notable projects I’ve worked on include: EmployeeReferrals, TruHearing CRM and Website, KnobGallery. I am based in Lehi, United States. I've successfully completed 3 projects while developing at Devaims.
I value a collaborative environment where shared knowledge leads to superior outcomes. I actively mentor junior team members, conduct thorough quality reviews, and champion engineering best practices across the team. I believe that the quality of the final product is a direct reflection of the team's cohesion and skill.
My experience at Devaims has refined my ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring project alignment from the outset. I am a strong believer in transparent processes and iterative delivery.
My main objective is to foster a culture of quality and accountability. I am motivated to contribute my expertise to projects that require not just technical skill, but also strong organizational and leadership abilities to succeed.

TruHearing recruited me to develop their in-house CRM. I determined the use cases that the company had, diagrammed the system workflow and reviewed with users, and designed the system and subsystems needed. I hired and managed developers for 1 year until the project was completed. Currently, I am adding enhancements to the web application and fixing occasional bugs as they are discovered by users.
KnobGallery was the company that a partner and I started in 1998. Originally written in ColdFusion and later rewritten in PHP (to reduce hosting costs and increase performance). The front-end is a custom shopping cart and the back-end had many advanced features including an OEM site manager for our affiliates, inventory tracking system for on-hand inventory in our warehouse, and accounting and management reports (just to name a few key features).
