The client needed an application to allow service industry businesses like electricians, plumbers, HVAC to manage inventory on technician trucks. The application had multiple user roles, with each one having gated access to content and abilities. It had to work on both phones and desktop. It also needed the ability to allow technicians to place inventory orders even when no Internet was available and sync to the cloud when it was.
