ProCre - Commercial Real Estate terms negotiation platform

The purpose of the project is to provide the ability for those looking for commercial real estate to publish a “Request For Proposal” (so called RFP) that becomes available to the bidders. The bidders on their part have the ability to suggest the real estate they own starting the negotiation process. Both sides can send each other their counter proposals specifying their intention for each of the terms available on RFP. The system supports around 50 different RFP terms such as “Lease Term”, “Base rent”, “Building address”. The originator is able to compare the bids from different bidders and make a decision. The final negotiation step is Letter of Intent (called LOI) that the system builds based on the negotiation term and prints as a pdf document.

Complete easy is a platform designed specifically for the UK real estate market, that facilitates the process of real estate purchase. For each deal a document is created that all interested parties have access to and contribute to. The conveyancing process involves a large volume of steps (many of which are technical) which individual functions can be time consuming. The process is highly fragmented and quite often managed without transparency, accountability or responsibility by some or all of the parties to the transaction. The platform is resolving the conveyancing process issue.
