Notable Projects

NBA - The Miami HEAT Website Redesign

I led the frontend redevelopment of the Miami HEAT’s site, migrating from Drupal to WordPress Multisite with a modern stack using React, Bootstrap, and Next.js. We served static pages via AWS S3 and Route 53, boosting speed and scalability. I built custom themes and integrated real-time game data to improve UX. The result: 40% faster load times, 50% more mobile traffic, and a 20% increase in merch sales, especially during high-traffic events like the Playoffs.

I implemented REST API integrations, mentored junior devs, and established SOPs to streamline development. My work improved load times by 40%, increased repeat visits by 30% via gamified fan modules, and boosted organic traffic by 45% through SEO and accessibility enhancements all while aligning with brand and marketing goals and meeting accessibility requirements.

Florida Swimming Pools LLC - Astro Website

We selected Astro as our primary framework for its fast performance, flexibility, and the ability to optin to JavaScript or dynamic islands whenever interactivity is needed. Astro offers significant advantages compared to WordPress, including faster load times, streamlined customization, and enhanced scalability. By choosing us, you'll experience the full range of benefits that Astro provides, far surpassing what traditional WordPress solutions can offer, and better SEO performance. Google Loves Astro.

Selling House Brokers LLC - Astro Website

I created this Astro website for a client in Miami, FL.
